Remove your memory card and open Gallery again and check if it still says memory corrupted. If it doesn't, the problem lies with your memory card. Your memory card will need to be formatted, this can be done by taking your memory card and putting it in a memory card adapter and plugging it into your computer. Then open it up using a File Manager or My Computer and format it.
Please note, all your important files on the memory card will be erased in doing so. If its possible to back up the memory card, then do so.
If the problem lies with your phone card and not your memory card, simply soft reset your phone.

If soft reset doesn't fix the memory corruption problem then you can always hard reset it back to factory settings.

Again by doing any of these resets on your phone, all important files will be deleted (contacts, messages, data). If you are able to back up your phone data when connecting through USB to your computer, then do so.
problem can be solved. When you format a phone that has corrupt files, after formatting all data clear off because some affected files might have affected the other existing file in the phone.
All you nee to do is to flash the phone to clear completely all the files in the phone to save it from virus hazard.
