There is no attachment functionality on this fixya site, so here is a link to a PDF (which I found floating around on the web) it shows how to connect a Konica Minolta to a network. The guide covers lots of Operating Systems. Please have a read and then follow the correct one for your situation and environment.

Is this a networked or local printer? If local make sure those settings are properly set, same goes for the networked printer but on the server side.

Looses connection with network

Common for this printer. Instead of setting it up as a network printer, attach it locally to a machine and share it. It will be much more stable.

How can i set my printer to my roter

This is non network printer, you can't print just like a network printer , but you can install the printer in local system and share it & install the drivers in desired systems through local system where printer was connected. It will work like a network printer but scanning is not possible to other systems except local system. And one more drawback is your won't get print, if local system is switched off..

INSTALL SO I CAN PRINT

You have to set up the machines network settings.
Press Utility/Counter
Select Admin
Enter Code 12345678 or 00000000
Select Admin 2
Select Network
This is where you can put in the IP, Subnet, Gateway, and DNS.
Then install the print driver. It is best if you have the driver disk. If not you can download the driver from kmbs.konicaminolta.us
If you have windows 7 download the XP version for your operating system (32bit or 64bit)

Difficulty printing to DNS 323 attached printer

Try going into Kaspersky, settings, firewall, and then select the network tab. Under the local network tab you may find the security is set too high, and this is what is blocking the print run. Settings from high to low are Public > Local > Trusted. Change the security setting down for your LAN the printer is on to Local, or trusted if you know what you are doing. Worked for me. I had similar problem - printing worked, then installed Kaspersky on all machines and printing became erratic on wife's laptop.I had different settings on the wife's network settings for her wireless and wired LAN, and I think the erratic behaviour came from fact that one of them was public, and one local. Changed down and all was fixed.

If you are doing it as a local printer ( parralel cable or USB it can be done through Start, Settings, Printers and faxes, Add a printer.

Network is different.

You have to assign or let it get an IP address from the network.

You can enter it manually in the printer

Hit the left arrow to

Network menu

hit select

Standard net setup

hit select

Print ( to print out the network settings)

scroll to TCP/IP

select

enter IP manually by scrolling to each number and hitting select
