You might try calling someone who has experience in fixing appliances like these. Appliance repair can be something that is really hard to do if you aren't trained properly. That is why it is important to call a professional to do it for you.

Okay the hose that runs from the Petcock valve to the fuel pump has little slits where it's like old & got bent and broke so where can I go about finding and getting another one of those are?

the hose you want will be petrol hose ( any spares shop)and be a tight push on fit to the petcock and the pump
use special hose clips ( jubilee clips or clips supplied in a filter replacement kit or zip tie done up tight ) to secure
from your description you need a smaller diameter hose

Canon BJC 80 - Is it beyond repair

Three beeps means the print head is bad. They last 5-10 years. They are available as high-capacity black BC-10, or color, BC-11e. I occasionally sell them on ebay for about $20, user id yacare. If not currently listed, use contact seller to request one.
