I have a george foreman and want to replace my tray but i cant find any, where can i buy one from

you can just put any type of heat resistant tray or plate under it. the drip pan for mine was too small for my needs and I found a tray that is originally a barbecue utensil tray to put under it, and that works fine.

The cooking is not even when cooking small items

Often times this isn't something you want to attempt to rectify yourself. If you can find a way to deal with or adjust to this issue it will save you the cost of a repair visit. If the uneven bake is so severe that you cannot cook in the oven and you still wish to attempt repair by yourself you first need to identify which racks aren't cooking correctly and in which pattern is it uneven.

For example is the rack uneven in overall color from top to bottom, meaning are items on the top cooking to quickly where as the items on the bottom are uncooked? Or is the uneveness lateral where the center of a single tray is over/under cooking or the edges of a tray are over/under cooking.
Once you've identified your issues you need to locate your airflow louvers. They are usually located in the back right corner of this oven, it is where the hot air comes out of the heat exchanger chamber. You will notice there are gaps and there are fins. Adjusting the fins changes the way the air flows from side to side across your product, adjusting the gap changes how much hot air reaches the product.

Lets approach side to side uneveness first. To compensate for the center of a tray UNDER cooking take the metal fin lined up with that tray on the RIGHT side and slightly bend it to the left, directing air towards the center of the tray. If the center is over cooking bend it to the right, directing air away from the center of the tray.
For top to bottom uneveness you will need to loose the screws/bolts holding the fins in place and gently increase or decrease the gaps. Be careful here because if you loosen the screws too much the louver can slide out of place and make to large of a gap, potentially making things much worse. A good trick is to take a permanent marker and make a mark to where the louver was before you adjust it incase you need to put it back.

If a single tray is too light in relation to the other trays increase the gap, if it is too dark, decrease the gap. Do this for each tray that is coming out uneven. Make small adjustments and then do a bake to check the results, there may be a lot of trial and error involved.
If this seems overwhelming you're probably better off not attempting this because you can make things worse to the point where NOTHING comes out correctly, if that's the case call your local authorized service provider. Good luck!

Turbo chef is not heating up, coming up on it reads, f8 low heat

the problem with f8 like you have said LOW HEAT
, IF the oven does not warm up in time , which is usually 8 min , it goes into f8 fault code
now please check the hi limit button , on the back of the oven , left hand side, bottom corner, if it reset and starts heating, please check bottom element and temp reading IR , IF it rises very quickly and the elemnt is glowing red , please switch off the unit at the power point , you have problem with the solid state relay, if the temp is slowly rising , then you might only have an issue with the hi limit reset button thermostat, FIRST JUST CHECK THE RESET BUTTON

My turbo chef owen sense somtime 208vac and some time 240vac

Hello. If you take the right side panel off, unplug first please. at the back is a blower motor, two screws on the back vertical rail, and one at the front edge of where it is connected to blow, probably under the foil tape, this will remove the blower. On the back wall toward the bottom, under all the relays, is a voltage transformer that tells the controller which voltage you have, replace it, and problem will be corrected. If you are not comfortable with this, call Turbo Chef for a local servicer, and call them to repair.
As for the F6 EC error, you are having a temperature problem due to the control area overheating, there is a blower on the back, and vents on the front, and side, either these are clogged, the fan grid is clogged, and the interior has alot of dust coating the interior of the right side, please unplug, vacuum, and clean out the dust etc.., after reassembly, after about 30 minutes of operation, the blower on the back should be on, if not you need another.

Hope that helps, and thank you.

My turbo chef oven

The wave guide cover is a simple fix the problem being that after it is replaced you should have a leak check performed I dont know if you have a source to rent a refractomemter to perform this test. Most honest service companies will have a ref meter to check for rad leakage.
