Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W80 Digital Camera

Digicam problem my sony digicam shows a baterry darin after making a couple of shots....Replaced with with a new/fresh baterrys..and after a couple of shots...drained again...anyone? bigbro_kw

Is it rechargable batteries (orignal for the camera), or are you using standard batteries? (AA/RC6 kind of batteries)

If you use AA batteries (or similar) make sure you use alkaline batteries of a good brand. Cheap batteries ofteh don't have the power to run digital cameras. Especially using the LCD screen drains the batteries.

If you have a new rechargable battery and it last only a short time see if using it and recharging it a few times helps the bettery "getting into it". If not, your camera may need repairs.

Try Energizer Ultimate Lithium. If it still won't last for a long time, then there is definitely something wrong with your camera and you need to service it.

1- make sure the driver is installed correctly
2 - use smaller cable(becuse of losing voltag)
3 - chang the port(usb) that you connect the cam

My camera DCR-TRV285 is showing error and playback or recording is not working

When there is error you cannot really operate the digicam in normal. Make sure that there is no jam in its mechanism or there is no dew condensation happen in your digicam. If there is not then reset the digicam on its factory setting. To do this, go to menu, navigate it find, the factory setting, choose it and see what happen. Also you should be certain that the unit is clean inside. I hope my advice help you solve your problem.

You can do that by navigating the main menu of your digicam. Go to setting, camera set up, find the language then choose the language you want to change. This procedure is for typical digicam menu it may vary from one camera manufacturer and models to one another. I hope this advice help you in your problem.

try to reset digicam by pressing on-off button, if symptoms persist, set digicam to factory mode then try using again. if it doesn't done remedy the problem alreadt on proprietary software

Probably bad switching transistor inside, do not repair it by yourself, you have it under warranty! There is high voltage inside (about 300 V).

Delete the file in MSC folder

Hi

The folder is created automatically on the memory card, you should be able to browse to it by connecting the camera to your computer and opening up the camera storage through "My Computer" on your desktop.

NEED HELP WITH DIGICAM SAMSUNG 4010

Take batteries out and leave for a couple of hours. Then put fresh batteries in. If you can access the menu screen- look for reset or factory settings.. If this does not fix it- go to the Samsung website - Tech support or if the camera is recent -take it back to the store.
