Have a packard bell easynote have run non destructive re-install and pc is saying that it has not installed properley. it is telling me that win32 operating system has not installed properley.
it is asking me to re-install but i obviousley cannot get to that function as it will not go beyond trying to boot up. is there a way to do a full re-install fromm dos. it has the windows program onboard as i have never not made system disks. i would greatly appreciatew your help. serial number 298307420120
When you boot up ,look on the monitor for what key you need to press to go into system recovery, sometimes its F11,if you miss it this time just reboot and try again.
then press it and follow the instructions ,this time you will need to do a full recovery ,in other words everything on the pc will be wiped off (formated) and all the programs that came with the pc originally will be re installed including a fresh windows.
anything you added after you purchased it will need re installing by yourself.
