Is this a corporate edition? If not you should be able to just leave the organization field blank or put 'NA' in there. The serial number should be on the CD / CD sleve or in the documentation. If this is a trial version you may be able to leave the serial number field blank.

It wants the Roxio serial number. That should be on the box or inside on the CD envelope. It should be clearly labeled Serial number. Also if there are dashes or spaces in the serial number try putting them in one number after another with no dahses or spaces. Hope this helps.
