“All lights blinking and printer not responding” is indicative of serious ink cartridge issue. Usually when this happens the printer fails to goes through the motions of the printing process, kind of stands still with indicator lights just blinking away. This could be as a result of either of these scenarios.
i. Ink cartridge has developed incompatibility or is incompatible
The Solution is to try an older/another cartridge (doesn’t matter if ink is finished. You must replace cartridge one at a time). If lights stop blinking it confirms that your cartridge has become incompatible or developed incompatibility. Also if your printer is the type that can work with only one cartridge, remove one after the other (closing back the lid/cover) to determine which in the set (black or color) has become incompatible. At the instance the incompatible one is removed and you close the lid, the blinking will stop (for printers that can print with one ink cartridge only). Just replace the incompatible one and start printing again. In most cases the issue is always with one cartridge. But if both are affected, you have to replace both. Because of this type of problem, always keep used cartridges somewhere safe; they come in handy for this type of troubleshooting.
ii. The Cartridge electronic panel is dirty
The electronic panel on the cartridge that makes contact with the cartridge carrier inside the printer is dirty and needs cleaning. This electronic panel is front part of the cartridge with copper “dots”.
The Solution is to try to clean this panel with a piece of folded tissue paper soaked in a bit of methylated spirit. Also try to clean the area in the cartridge carrier/holder that makes contact with the cartridge’s electronic panel (Usually this is more difficult). If you cannot reach it with your fingers, use a stick or something with tissue wrapped around it. Allow to dry well and return the cartridges, close the cover. The blinking should stop if the electronic panel is the issue. Once the blinking stops the printer will print.

Just bought a Ruobi drill with 18V Lithium Batteries. Been chatging for over an hour. Still not charged. Just the bottom Green light stays on. Is this normal? How long does it take?

The Ryobi charger will flash green as it charges and then remain steady or slowly flashing green when fully charged. Flashing red means testing and if it remains steady or slowly flashing red it is defective.

Power Problem with 2Wire 2701HG-B

Sounds like a startup self test. All wireless devices go through a power on self test. Does it connect? You can connect to it and go online? I rarely turn mine off, only in a electrical storm.

I have a Samsung ML-2525 BW laser printer. Recently, the red bar second from the top started flashing and then it went solid. I thought this was because of the ink toner, and the cartridge was running low...

I guess it FixYa didn't accept my (very long, but totally correct) solution that I took the time to type. Because I refused to "sign in".
Here's the short version. Load Paper. The same thing happened to me. I replaced the toner cartridge with a new one (because of a FLASHING red light for several weeks) after the red light went to STEADY red. But it still would not print. The paper was "out". When I'd refilled the paper-tray, it printed fine. I had just ASSUMED that the steady-red light meant toner was finally OUT. WRONG! That steady-red light had nothing-to-do with toner; it meant "you're out-of-paper". Don't get confused like I did. Refill the paper-tray. Then take that expensive NEW toner cartridge OUT, and put the OLD toner cartridge back in. And keep using the "dregs" of the toner out of the old cartridge for several more weeks. And DON'T get confused by the paper-is-out condition making that red light STEADY.

Red on print is coming out pink

  1. Lift the printer access door, then remove the ink cartridges from the printhead.
  2. Verify that the label on the ink cartridges is intact, and the cartridges are not damaged.
  3. Verify that only KODAK branded ink cartridges are installed.
  4. Insert the ink cartridges into the printhead, then press down firmly until you hear them click into position.
  5. Close the printer access door, then make the same print.
If issue still continues:
  1. Verify that inkjet paper is loaded in the paper tray.
  2. Press and hold Cancel + Copy/Resume simultaneously until the On/Off light flashes green. The On/Off light continues to flash during the cleaning procedure.
  3. When the On/Off light glows a steady green, press and hold Scan + Copy/Resume simultaneously until the On/Off light flashes, then wait for the demo sheet to print.
If issue still continues:

the printhead for your printer is in need of replacement. Contact Kodak

Best of Luck
