I have a three burner "Barbecues Galore" grill circa 1998. Green hood, wheels and 2 locking castors. I need the bricquet racks (2)16 1/2 x 12 1/2 and a castor.

No, John, Yo do not want to use the rotisserie rod/spit without the wooden handle. Call BBQ's Galore Customer Service 800-752-3085 for a replace handle. If they can't help you, go to the following link and search by the Model Number of your grill (FYI - Capt Cook is not a model number).

I hope this helps you and thanks for choosing FixYa. Happy Grilling!!
Becca, if you could provide a little more history of the problem (how it got to this point) and what valve the technician said was leaking, would really help me to help you.
Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks for choosing FixYa.
BBQs Galore sell these in their DIY section (Aussie Roaster is no longer sold at BBQ Galore, but the burner component is a standard fit). If you have an Aussie Roaster remember there is a bobbypin on the underside of the burner locking the back end of the burner in place, a few smacks with a little hammer will push this out so the old burner can be pulled out and new burners can be put in place.
Problem solved. The store FINALLY sent someone out who knows what they're doing. After about a hour of adjusting and tweaking he got it working fine. Apparently, the adjustments have to be made with the grill partially disassembled so flames can be viewed from top and bottom.
Also, it needs to be load balanced with adjusting with all burners on, then with fewer and fewer burners on.
