I have locked a picture on my camera and i cant figure out how to unlock it
Go to the playback menu and select it (you may have to adjust the circular option know to get to the playback menu). Once there, scroll to the picture(s) that are locked by using the sideways selection arrow buttons. Then select the up or down arrows, which will lock or unlock your picture. You can also erase any locked pictures, in case you want to, by formatting the xD card. Hope this helps.
Enter the Playback menu and select the Key icon. You can then protect/unprotect pictures. It's under "Playback Menu" in the manual.

remove the memory card and look on the side of it their should be a little tab move it to the other possion and try the camera again. if that does not work with the card out gently tap the camera on the card side. and reinsert it their is a sensor that tells the camera their is a card inserted in it. it might be stuck. hope this helps.

1) Take the card out, check the card, halfway up the left hand side, there may be a sliding notch. Move it to "Write enable".
or
2) Go through your camera menu look for photo protect, check if you've write protected all your photo's.
