I try to update the win and now my phone is off

I have i mate jasjar and u had win mobile 5 i get the update of it to become win mobile 6 .
so i download it on card reader and put it on my jasjar so when i download it i restart the phone and it stop work there is just 2 words its
serial .................and v1.00
if u know how to solve it please tell me
