On my keyboard I have white and blue letters. When I type, the blue letters come up instead of the white ones that I want. To get the white letters, I have to press the blue Fn key. How do I reset the keyboard so that it is the other way around?

Sounds like you're stuck in number lock.
Press Fn and F11 at the same time. That's function and F11.
I'm pretty sure that'll do the trick, as long as the blue portion of the F11 key reads "NmLk" or something like that.
If this doesn't work, let me know and we'll try something else.

I have an RCA Voyager III RCT6973W43. Every time I go to type on the keyboard, I go to type a word/letter and instead for an example: I'll type a letter like "w" number 2 er comes up.

Borrow a keyboard from a friend. If it still does it then there is something strange with your computer. If it does not do it then your keyboard may be corrupt so buy a new one

I can't correct my password and get into my computer--

keyboard layout is as follows.

TOP ROW: QWERTYUIOP
MIDDLE ROW: ASDFGHJKL
BOTTOM ROW:ZXCVBNM

If you're saying you just can't see the keyboard keys, that should help. If it doesn't, I suggest getting a hold of a USB keyboard other than the malfunctioning one you have now.

You have turned on the Number Lock. This enables the number keypad that is embedded in the main keyboard. There is set of three lights to the right of the power button; the middle one indicates when the Num Lock is on or off on the keyboard. To toggle this on or off press and together. The key is between the and the at the lower left of the keyboard.

The user's manual is here: http://static.compusa.com/pdf/Acer_Aspire_5920_Series_NotebookPC-UserGuide.pdf .

Typing numbers instead of letters

Sounds like you may just have your numlock on. Just press function key plus F6 (on a macboook) and the numlock is off. If not you may have a broken keyboard. You can try to replace the keyboard yourself using an Apple Tablet Repair Guide or send it to a third party service Apple Tablet Repair.

You need to press the NUM Lock key.
The NUM lock key is usually the same key as the ScrLk key but to select the NUM lock you need to press and hold down the Shift key and then press the NumLk/ScrLk key. A LED light will light up to indicate the number keypad is on.
