1.If you are using Microsoft Word go to File>Print...(or press ctrl+p) and after the Print window apears see if u have the printer you whant to use selected, if not select it, then press Properties and wait for the window to appear then press the Color buton and select Print in Grayscale, after select Black ink only 2.Or you can use this method Start>Settings>Printers and Faxes.
