The phone keeps going blank. So I have to turn it back on and then it freezes. it will not work at all.

your phone is very loaded with the application or your phone is going to hang so you have to update your phone or go to the the service center to resolve this problem

Verizon has been having many problems with this phone, and i am not sure why they continue to sell it. Mine is just over 6months old, and has had its fair share of problems ranging from shutting off and telling me it had an invallid battery (this was after having it for 3months), and now after just over 6months its screen going blank, or freezing. Id take it back to them for a replacement, or turn the phone off and lightly hit it against your thigh and turning it back on.

Try keeping it in a warmer environment! If you keep it in a temperature above 32 degrees F (or zero degrees C), how could it possibly freeze?

its under warranty give it back to company

The Firmware need to be reflash on the phone to correct this issue

This is what I did and it worked: Went to the SE (sonyericsson) website and registered my my phone by creating an account. I then selected the software upgrade for the phone and followed all the steps. It also has a cool feature to completely back your phone up. It is really easy. Please let me know if this works as all my freezing problems are over.

You need to contact your phone provider for an update to your phone software. I had the same problem and Orange fixed it.

IT IS ONLY DUE TO VIRUS FLASH YOU MOBILE

u need to do hard  reset of ur fone and pls take back up before that...or else there is problem with charging slots pins and turn on/off button,,,,,,,,
