Its a good watch and good company, I would send an email to Tissot head office customer service. Praise the brand but insist you are not happy with the local service, having already had a failed repair. Hopefully they will accept it back for repair or replacement.
If you have had the watch some time then the battery might be running down.
Go to a watch shop and have the battery replaced. If this does not solve the problem, then you may have to take it to a Tissot dealer or send it to a repair depot.
