When not in use, the phone continues to stay illuminated, like when it's flipped open. It draws down the battery within 1 day. Any suggestions? It seems like it might be a switch not being activated when closed-up.

COLEMAN INVERTER PMP1200 JUST BEEPS WHEN TURNED ON

It is most likely the low voltage alarm. Suggest connecting when the car is running with no load (110 volts not connected). If the alarm continues turn the unit off and on to reset.

Hope this helps?

Inverter Protection Features
• Short Circuit Protection. The inverter will automatically shut down until short is removed.
• Low Voltage Alarm. An alarm will sound when the voltage from the battery discharges to 10.5 +/- 0.5 volts DC. This is an indication that the battery needs to be recharged.
• Over Voltage Protection. The RED LED Indicator Light will illuminate and the inverter will automatically turn itself off when the input exceeds 16.5 +/- 1 volt DC.
• Under Voltage Protection. The RED LED Indicator Light will illuminate and the inverter will automatically turn itself off when the input is less than 10.0 +/- 0.5 volts DC.
• Overload Protection. The RED LED Indicator Light will illuminate and the inverter will automatically turn itself off when the continuous draw of the equipment being operated exceeds 1200 watts or the surge draw of the equipment exceeds 2400 watts.
• Thermal Protection. The RED LED Indicator Light will illuminate and the inverter will automatically turn itself off when the circuit temperature exceeds 150° F

Screen says initializing

You may have a faulty battery/phone. This seems to be a common problem with this type of phone. If you can take it and have them check it for SAFETY CONCERNS That would be ideal, as they can reset it for you.
Caution! This WILL erase everything on the phone. You will have to confirm you want to do this before it will complete. (This is why you backup your phone. You may wish to remove the SD card FIRST.)
1. Ensure the device is powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds then release.
3. With the LED illuminated red, press and hold the Power button+Volume down key+Camera key simultaneuously then release.
The LED illuminates approximately 20-30 seconds after releasing the power button (step 2). The 3-key combination must be pressed within the 1-2 second timeframe that the LED is illuminated.
4. Press the Power button to confirm and continue.
5. Again, press the Power button to confirm and continue.
( Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.)

Dome Lights

The interior light module is not timing out. The possibility of the interior lights staying on could run your battery down over night. Replace the interior light module.

How do i unlock my lg 8600 flip

  • Flip open the phone so the keypad is exposed and press any button to wake the phone up from sleep mode.
  • 2 Enter the four digit unlock code using the phone's keypad. The default code is the last four digits of your cell phone number.
  • 3 Press the "OK" button to submit the code and unlock the phone.
Forgotten Code
  • 1 Turn the phone over and remove the battery cover and battery. Press down on the upper plastic edge of the cover and slide it in a downwards motion. The plastic cover will give way to the battery which can be pulled out of the phone.
  • 2 Locate the sticker on the phone hidden behind the battery. Write down the last four digits of the ESN DEC number.
  • 3 Replace the battery and battery cover and turn the phone on by pressing and holding down the "Power" button.
  • 4 Flip open the phone so the keypad is exposed.
  • 5 Enter the last four digits of the ESN DEC number. Press the "OK" button to submit the code and unlock the phone.
Power the phone on and select the "OK" button. This will trigger the phone to ask for the password.

  • 2 Press "OK." Sometimes this is simply all it requires. If not, move on.
  • 3 Enter the last four digits of the phone's number. If this doesn't work, continue to the next step.
  • 4 Enter "#4357" or "*4357." "4357" stands for "LOCK" on a traditional telephone's alphabetic keypad translation. This is the default unlock code for certain LG telephones.

I replaced battery and alternater on my 2002 vw jeta with 1.9 tdi engine and battery keeps running down what is the problem?

If this was why you replaced the battery and alternator then you have a draw above normal.

Normal draw will be under 30ma when vehicle locked.

Even a new component can be bad out of the box. Check glove box and trunk illumination first to see they go out when closed.

Next the overhead illumination...is it off when car locked?

Do you have a aftermarket radio? Amps can stay on.

Next check the glow plug harness for power when the engine is off. Possible the glow plug relay is stuck on.

Contrary to popular legend, this vehicle does not have an electric fuel pump. Fuel is pumped by the injection pump on the engine so you don't need to check this..

VW recalled the brake lamp switch...check with VW to see if yours has been done. Have your VIN # handy when you call.

Engine cooling fans 'after-run' relays can stay on too long too. After engine stopped, check to see if cooling fans continue to run. Should shut off after 10 minutes.

When I turn on my Flip Video, it just goes to a black screen.

Most often it's the batteries. Many people will test a set of batteries in one of two ways,

    1) With a volt meter and each battery reads 1.5 volts (or close to it)

    2) Or in a flashlight and assume that if the flashlight is bright that the batteries will work in the Flip.

The Flip draws current that a volt meter does not check and it draws much more current then a flashlight needs to operate. So that is my first suggestion is to buy fresh batteries and try that.
