I turned my W375 on this morning and nothing is appearing on the screen. I can still hear the sounds and I can still call out and receive calls ... but the screen is blank.
Any helpful ideas on what to do - apart from replacing it. It's only 6 months old.

The problem can and probably is hardware related and will need repair. (flex cable, lcd screen etc)
Nevertheless since the phone is only 6 months old it is under warranty and will be fixed at a motorola repair service center. So do that since it is the manufacturer's fault!

i have the same problem i called my service provider and they gave me a 1800 motorolla number, then i called and then they direct you to the website where, u can arrange for them to send u a pack so u can send the phone and they will be able to fix it.
