I can't change the time on my sportline 910 heartrate monitor/watch.I've lost the manuel and I don't know how to change the time on the watch. What buttons do I push, and what order do I push them?

How do I turn the Heart Rate function on and off on my watch?
Within the Date and Time screen, if
the heart icon is showing, the heart rate function is on. To turn off
the heart rate function, simply hold the Reset button until the heart
icon goes away.
On the C9 Fast Wrap Strap digital watch, press and hold the "LAP/RST" button until the display shows "SET" then release. Use the "MODE" button to switch between second, minute, hour, etc. Use the "ST/STP" button to change. Press and release the "LAP/RST" button to exit. The Sportline might be the same or similar.
