Fault with its main board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ . In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
Long shot, try turning off, unplugging, then hold the power button down for about 5-10 seconds. It will discharge the capacitors, which could be malfunctioning.
Try restting it by unplugging the tv for a few mins and it should rest to original factory default settings but leave it unplugged 10-15 mins to be sure.
It's easy to
locate, but requires adjustments once it is installed. Panel voltages
must be adjusted according the the specifications of the TV. There is
a sticker on the back of the plasma panel which provides each voltage
setting. You can reference this sticker to make the proper
adjustment. Using a DMM, connected between chassis ground and the
panel voltage you are adjusting, turn the adjustments on the power
supply very slowly, until you are measuring the specified voltage

i had the same problem....... on the actual tv u have to press and hold the volume button and menu button together for about 5 seconds and then on the screen it should say dynamic and that hopefully will sort it for u. Worked for me :)
