I don't know how to switch the alarm function off. Help, please! I've lost my instruction manual and in fact I don't know how to use any of the functions!

Since you don\'t know how to turn it off, the alarm will give you simple instructions. Just stop pressing the buttons. Is there a symbol or an alarm or clock on any of the buttons?

I would find the company on line, there should be manuals, or tech support, they can sent it email

As with many watch manufacture houses novadays watch technology differs from house to house. Tissot is no difference as T-series watches was developed by Tissot itself.
You have to follow the steps one by one as instructed in your watch manual. Probably you will need reset your watch completely, depending what actions you've allready done.
