Remove all pwoer and then gain access to the heater probe. Read each probe from the center connector treminal to the metal base with an Ohm meter. There should be no reading. If you have low reistance the probe is internally shorted and will need replaced. It is a common failure for a heat probe. If the probe is bad when you do buy a replacement buy the "Coated" element. The extra $15.00 is well worth the investment in the overall lifetime of heating element service.

Replacement elements can be found here

Just replaced the circuit board, it has power but fuses keep blowing when we turn on gfci breaker

This is happening when you first activate the GFCI then either the circuit board is installed incorrectly or it is bad.

Circuit braker keep popping

Sounds like the heating element has gone out again. Once you reset the circuit breaker and the tub turns on it will start to circulate the water. This usually runs like this for about 2 mins and then the tub will recognize it is cold and send power to the heater. If the element is back at that point it will blow the circuit breaker.
If this circuit breaker pops as soon as you turn it on then you most likely have a bad circuit board.

I replaced my motor recently, the guy at the factory store gave me a little bit of a bigger size. The built in circuit breaker keeps tripping. What can I do to fix this?

Dreammaker spas are usually a lower voltage spa(120 instead of 240V) make sure you got a motor of the same voltage, and even if its the same voltage, make sure the Amperage does not excceed the maximum allowed amperage on the hot tub.

1995 blue falls hot tub(arctic spas)

You can go to arcticspas.com but from what I see they are all 230V 50 AMP GFCI breaker requirements. Which means that you will have to have dedicated 240V circuit with GFCI protection as it is a wtaer based appliance. If you have anymore questions please ask.

Why does the breaker switch off as soon as i turn on the heat

Two possible reasons- the circuit that the pump is connected to (the plug it is on) has too much power draw from other appliances running on that same circuit. Or, there is a short in the pump, causing it to draw excessive power and trigger the breaker.

Is this a recent development? Is the pump on a shared circuit or does it have its own breaker?
