I have GE profile side by side Model PSI23NSTD. First my freezer keeps getting warmer and warmer and melting everything, so I had someone to change the fan, TWICE within the past month. Today, it is still doing the same thing again! The temp was set at -3 and 40, but it is showing the temp at 4 and 49 on the freezer and fridge side. What could be the problem???

Vegges frozen...ice in ice maker melting GE model PSW 26 LSRD refrigerator

Checkthe freezer temperature. The proper freezer temperature should be around 5degrees. The warmer it is in the freezer, the more difficult it is to make ice.

Refridge and freezer or bot lot working

Until someone can check a few things I need you to pull away from wall and unplug and then quickly feel the top of the compressor. If too hot to keep hand there . I will need to consider that a fan is stopping or a start component is defective. What ever the case it must have someone help locate the cause first. If bad fan and change board the bad fan will again damage the new board. I'm here if you would like my help. Let me know, Thanks Sea Breeze

Water was frozen all inside the freezer and fridge temp was high

Self defrost mechanism may have an issue. If it stays on too long you will have excessive temps build up in refrig as well as freezer. There is also a defrost thermostat that is supposed to turn compressor back on when temps get too high - check that out also.
