Phone wont turn on

it needs a new charger

Slide the "mute" switch from the "muted" position to the "normal" position. Then, instead of "vibrate", the phone will "beep".

I have a galaxy note from at&t nd it wont turn on and when ever I connect the charger the only thing it does it just vibrate nd the screen wont turn on at all

Try this- Press power + volume down , keys until the phone vibrates (about 8-10 seconds). See if it switches ON ..

If not wait till the Battery is completely drained. Then connect the charger .. Leave it for about an hour and see if it has switched ON on its own .. Else try the reset once again

go to mobile shop & flash u r phone it will be ok

Usually when a rechargable  battery won't take a charge it need to be replaced.  I have had good luck purchasing replacement phone batteries on ebay but you can also try a local phone store or Radio Shack.  Its possible your charger is bad but it is usually a bad battery as they have a finite life where the chargers seem to work forever unless damaged by being dropped

the connector or charging pot of mot w375 have 5 wire connetions ,which connects the charger to the phone . if the connections are unsoldered the phone won't charge propaly , just resolder the wire connections it will start to charge propaly

No ringer volume or speaker phone

you will need to have the firmware reflasn the phone and if that does not help, then have the mobile exchange for a new one.

when i connect the usb cable to the computer it dosent let me download the pictures i have on the phone to my computer.i need help.
