Question about Magnavox NB500MG9 BluRay Player
There are several reasons a disc may not play in the Blu-ray player. A dirty or scratched disc is the most obvious cause, but an incorrect region code or configuration of your home theater system can be the reason as well. Whether you're having trouble with 4K or 3D, Blu-ray or DVD, there is a fix.
Or you can try to play the Blu-ray on PC, a good Blu-ray player software can help. There is also another way, try to rip the source from the discs and then play them freely. Here is the guide.

My Blu-Ray will not play x disc
A Blu-ray player can play DVD or CD and still not play Blu-ray. It may play Blu-ray but not CD or DVD, or burned discs. This is all caused by the 'optical' a part that reads the disc in the machine. Your player will need service as a Blu-ray optic cannot just be 'dropped' into a player.
