For cp formating technician is remove k7 from desktop i renewed the same 1 day back . how to down load again ?????

Is it asking for a lock code? If yes, then unfortunately someone set a lock code for it and that is what you need to find out. But still try removing the battery of your phone, let it sit for 5 mins like that and try turning it on again. Worst resolution for the issue is bringing it to a technician and will forcely format you CP usign some software that will loose all your data there.

you must have deleted any system files or that was deleted anyway ...... so this problem is occuring now..THE same thing happened to once. better be if you format your whole computer system.It will never happen again...just follow these...... 1. always delete (PREFETCHED FILES) 2. after you have surfed the internet or downloaded anything then don't forget to delete (COOKIES) 3. delete your temporary files 4. install a good antivirus like QUICK HEAL GURDIAN or K7 that doesn't allow any MALWARES good luck! ;)

if you have a computer and an internet it is very simple if you have. and also with your usb cable to conncet from your cp to your pc.
1. download the service updater for sony ercisson from the internet.
2. install it or by merely sending the service updater exec. at the desktop.
3. run the service updater application.
4. get ready for your usb cable.
5. remove battery and put it again.
6.be sure to back up some files if you have stored it in your phone memory which is so important to you.
7. conect the usb cable from your cp to pc while pressing "c".
8. then wait until the computer initialze your device.
9. then the computer will download the software for your cp and after downloading it will install to your cp.
10. after installation you can now remove you cp to pc.
* take note that the first boot of your cp will take a longer time unlike when you boot for the last time.

try to boot it by pressing F8 key while booting
then restore it back to earlier days
If you can't boot it to safe mode then you need to reinstall your windows using your quickrestore CD/DVD

you have a virus remove the mmc then format it by *#7370# then scan the mmc using a pc you have a beselo virus

If you select 'service functions' it will ask you

when you try to download, there should be an oblong bar that pops down under your internet browser, you have to click on it to allow the download.
