With a bright flashlight see if you can see a picture.. If you can this indicates your invertor board has failed. If not more than likely your main video board has failed. Ebay has tons of parts for these tv's.

Basically I would toss it and get something else because it is not worth repairing IMHO.
(Just a tip. Don't by this brand again. They are notoriously unreliable. Buy Panasonic and you will get many years of trouble free use. With electronics you usually get what you pay for).

No,Ur tv under a year old?Still under warrenty?Call RCA for warrenty repair.This problems is a major problems for the tv.The Tuner board it dead,must be replaced it cost u at lest $200 for a refurbish Tuner board.And u have to do the labors ur self.
Check to see if you can see the image with a flashlight. If you can then your invertor board has failed. If you cannot see it then you main video board has failed. Check out ebay for the parts.
