Cooks essentials are suppose to be guaranteed for life. I would get in touch with QVC customer svc 1 800 945 2288. I have had plenty of pans and cake pans along with roasting pans where the nonstick started coming off and they had me send them back and they were replaced.

Cook's Essentials cepc600s (6 qt). How can I get a replacement inner pot?

Milford, Cooks essentials maybe a Chinese manufacturer and a QVC exclusive, parts maybe very difficult to come by. Try eBay or Amazon.

I have many cook essential cookware. And I love. But I have a pan that is peeling. I thought that this cookware was not supposed to peel. Isnt it supposed to have a lifetime warranty on it?

Hello ciharmon59,

Everything I can find show that all cook essential cookware has a limited lifetime warranty on it. There are many retailers QVC, Target, etc. I would find a local retailer and contact them to find out what you need to do inorder to warranty the item that is peeling.

Thank you for choosing FixYa.com

I have the cooks essentials cookware (2008) purchase from QVC & the coating is coming off. Can I have these replaced. and how do I start the process to return them?

Contact QVC directly. Most of what they sell is shoddy tat so they're pretty used to dealing with warranty claims.

MUST USE OLIVE OIL OR OTHER TYPE OF SPRAYS TO PREVENT FOOD FROM STICKING ON OUR NON STICK COOK WARE.... HELP.... NEED SOLUTION PLEASE....THANK YOU PRODUCT COOKS ESSENTIALS COOKWARE

you may be using too much heat. if you can cook with less heat and slower- this usually helps. If it was cheaper non-stick cookware you still may need to use a small amoutn of oil.
if you have burned the pan or used excessive heat i would recommend replacing it.

I have Ultrex II cookware. the nonstick interior is peeling off several of my pans and getting into the food. very disappointed. hope it is not a health problem.

most of this is teflon plastic , you have probably eaten worst . but there is a spray replacement to re-coat your cook work. just heat high and spray on and cool off and done non-stick again foe a few years at least . some can be purchased @ Walmart. or on Ebay hope this works out for you. use only plastic or wooden spoons etc, not metal it scraps it off again ....... >
