Have a Coby MP-C7085 that will not turn off. The lights on the panel stay on. What to do?

Hello :

First you need to wait until the battery is empty to let it shut off .
then you need to replace your mp3 player battery with a new one . When battery life is ended , it can't be recharged anymore .

For a download right click the matching software and select "Save Target As..." to a location on the computer. Run the software by double clicking it.
When running Coby Media Manager select Tools > Device Manager...

My Coby MP-C7095 reads file sys err

reset it.there is asmall hole in beck insert in it pin and press lightly to click.turn it on and goto setup,format and then reload it.

Did you try the reset hole in the back of the unit? put a pin or paper clip in there, hold it in for 3 seconds, it should turn off and come back on and restore the firmware.

My coby mp-c7085 not working

i suggest that maybe device(player) wo't work because it didnt get charged long enought or it can be brokeing if you drop it or maybe you should re -turn it at the store because the wires in the device(player) might be messed.
