If its an unlocked phone there is nothing you can do about the problem unless you go back to the original service provider.
Good Luck :)

How to open mms

mms (multi media messages) like photos or videos that are sent like a sms to a phone and do not require internet access to send/receive.

How to open = It depends on your phone and your mobile service provider - you need to configure your phone to receive/send mms (just call your service provider they will help to setup).

Better yet - if your phone has access to internet use whatsapp or viper apps to send or receive photos/videos. Its a much more easy than mms

I bought the phone in mexico from the company TELCEL. Came to live in the UK, had it unlocked and got the new sim card but cant send photo texts or connect to internet. I have been told I will prob never...

You have to contact your service provider to receive the GPRS and MMS configuration messages on your phone.Once you have received it, you have to save them to your phone. Now you can access the internet and send photos and videos via MMS on your phone.

Have samsung b3310 but can't receive or send pics on ATT

Try these they worked for me & I have the same phone:

MMS settings:
Menu --> Messages --> Settings --> Multimedia Messages --> MMS Profiles --> Options --> Create --> Profile Name: AT&T MMS, Home URL: http://mmsc.cingular.com, check the box next to "proxy", IP Address: 66.209.11.32, Port: 80, Linger Time (sec): 90, leave DNS box unchecked, Bearer: GPRS then go to Advanced Settings --> APN: wap.cingular, Login ID: [email protected], password: CINGULAR1 (case sensitive). Hit "save" twice, then "options" then "activate." This will activate your MMS so you can send and receive picture messages.

WAP settings:
Menu --> Internet --> Settings --> Browser Profiles --> Options --> Create --> Profile Name: WAP Profile, Home URL: http://device.home, Proxy: check box, IP Address: 66.209.11.32, Port: 8080, Linger time (sec): 90, leave DNS box unchecked, GPRS --> Advanced Settings --> APN: wap.cingular, Login ID: [email protected] (case sensitive), Password: CINGULAR1 (also case sensitive). Hit "save" twice then "options" then "activate." This will allow you internet access.

Hope this helps!!

Help with mms on ks360

if you are using an unlocked device on at&t's network you will not be able to ever send/retrieve the mms messages, the reason for this being that at&t does not support the use of internet on an unlocked phone, and in order to send/retrieve the mms messages you must be able to connect to internet.

Cannot send or receive multimedia messages it say when i send it cannot send will try again later and when i try to open a mms it says unable to open

It might be that you dont have internet connection turned on.
Call ATT tech support at 611 and ask if your internet is working.

Can't send or receive MMS messages

I work in TSD for ATT , and from multiple cases like this , customer do not know that ATT requires that all PDA phones do require a PDA data package , without this you will not be allowed to send or receive MMS messages.
