You need to install the WEBcam driver.

Follow the instructions below to use your webcam
Click on Start then >Control panel>hardware and sound >device manager>imaging devices>web cam....enable it
Another way is to use a IM application like Yahoo messenger,NetMeeting,etc. They will have video capabilities that will work with your webcam.

From searching the WEB and comparing the specs between these models it appears there is little difference between them. The both models uses the same Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz CPU, 1Gb RAM, graphic card and network devices, WEB cam etc.

The only difference is 180 Gb hard and 2.2lbs weight for the 1672 and 160 Gb Hard disk and 2.78lbs weight for the 1068.
