Color alignment problem

do you have a meter you can check for me on the old board you have in now 2 pico fuses location# FD101 AND FD102. they should read shorted. if 1 or both of these are open you may just want to change the convergence ic's that are on the new board to the old board that is ussually all that is wrong and you would not nee to do much if any realignments. but first let me knnow if you can if these fuses are open do you have a meter you can check for me on the old board you have in now 2 pico fuses location# FD101 AND FD102. they should read shorted. if 1 or both of these are open you may just want to change the convergence ic's that are on the new board to the old board that is ussually all that is wrong and you would not nee to do much if any realignments. but first let me knnow if you can if these fuses are open

very strange that they would take out fuses and put jumper wires in their place, the jumper wires would not offer any protection from the IC's shorting out. I would rather see you put 2 new circuit protectors back in but you could use the jumper wires if you have no other choice. your short will bw gone after you change the 2 big IC's.
