All three models have an instrument panel fuse panel (also called a dash fuse panel) located under the driver's side of the instrument panel. The Continental and Mark VIII additionally utilize a power distribution box on the driver's side of the engine compartment, near the battery. The Town car also has an engine compartment fuse box, however it is located on the passenger's side of the engine compartment, near the battery. Radiator fan or AC blower motor? The blower motor will have a fuse and a relay. The radiator fan is controled by the Variable Relay Control Module and temp sensor.... the module is located behind the grill---hope this helps.
