We are the technical group servicing the Kodak order staions here in the Philippines. As of now we have more than 100 units of the order stations using the DVD combo drive. It is critical that the DVD combo drive runs normally since its the source of images to be printed and loading of the software of the order stations when they break down.
Its a TEAC branded DVD combo with model no.DV-W28SL and part no. 19771472-75. I think its an OEM model for the Kodak kiosk. Can you provide us with the supplier or refer us to the distributor for the unit.
I hope you can source and provide the unit since we have more than 100 of the Kodak Kiosks models nationwide. Please give me a call once there is info of the DVD combo.

I am from South Africa and we are experiencing the same problem with the TEAC DV-W28SL combo drive. We would also like to find a supplier of these drives as Kodak is very expensive. please email me.
im from australia and have had one of these drives stop working on me, i was just wondering if anyone had found somewhere else to get one from? because like it says getting one from Kodak is ridiculously expensive!
