Besides, Email companies always send a notification message for you to confirm whether you authored/initiated say a password change on your email address:
Did you not get any at the time?
At times, they even notify you if an attempt was made to log in to your email account from a particular location/region if itdifferent from where you are known to access your email address/inbox often.
Did you miss this or what?
You've got to report it asap please.
In addition, you need to remember details like your gsm phone number, security questions, alternate email address (if any), etc you entered/submitted in the event you need to recover your email account or a forgotten password
If nothing has worked for you yet,I don't usually do this - but I can help you with this for sure but it's going to cost you a bit via Paypal. I can access almost any email account, all you have to do is give me the email address. By accessing your account I can then reset your password from there and you can change it again once you log on.
Before you pay a penny, I will prove that I have accessed the account by sending u an email from it and once I receive the payment, I send you the new password. :)
Actually, the problem is not with your email account, but with your internet browser unable to full access Yahoo.
Two possible fix to your problem, but it requires an hour to fix your email account.
First, whatever internet browser you are using (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.) clear all caches, remove all cookies and clear everything in your browsing history. This should be done in the TOOLS menu of your internet browser. Then, access again Yahoo and log in.
Second, if the first fix do not work, use alternate internet browser to access your Yahoo mail account. If you do not want to use different browser, I recommend you uninstall it, download an upgrade version and install it to your system.
The next time you access Yahoo mail, it will be successful.
Router with limited/controlled/restricted access to websites???? New one. Surprised really; I must submit.
Such scenario only happens with Corporate companies' internet access.
In any case, maybe you should try "private browsing" or "browsing incognito" in your chosen web browser and see if access is still denied/restricted to sites online.
Another approach is to try browsing using a VPN (virtual private network) and see what happens.
Last option, you may have to contact your Network service provider company (those that allocated internet data access to you) and lodge a complaint.
If all these don't help, either you return the router ASAP and request a replacement/new one instead or you are having network signal/bandwidth issue in your area.
what is the web page or software you want to log on to
