On the receiver for your wireless keyboard and mouse there should be a button that says Connect. What you need to do, is press that button, then press the button on the back of the keyboard that says connect. Depending upon your keyboard, you may have to then connect the mouse afterwards.

CANT ENTER MY PASSWORD TO GET IN MY COMPUTER KEYS NOT TYPING ON SCREEN ITS LIKE THE WIRELESS KEY BOARD IS NOT RESPONDING

My advice would be to put new batteries in the keyboard and see if that works, failing that, pick up a wired keyboard and mouse to log in to your system then re-connect the wireless set to re-install the drivers.

to know if your windows keyboard and mouse controller is working try to use first a cabled keyboard and mouse, if you find it working try this steps.

first, try to remove the wireless usb device which your keyboard and mouse is connecting to, try to use another usb port from your computer.

second, your wireless device comes with a cd installer, try to reinstall the program of your wireless device

and then try again

My grandson removed the batteries from my Dell wireless mouse. I cant get the system to reconnect since.

Hi Dave,
Make sure that the batteries are the right way round in the mouse, if they are look under the mouse for the "connect" button and press that.
Go to the receiver and press the connect button on that also.
Once done just right click to activate the mouse.
Also make sure that the batteries are brand new.

Wireless Mouse

I don't think the wenger swiss spyder wireless mouse is compatable with the Microsoft wireless receiver. I think you will have to use the spyder reciever for the mouse and the Microsoft receiver for the keyboard.

Philips freeline wireless keyboard and Mouse

Have you tried re-installing the software for the keyboard & mouse. It sounds like a driver is missing and the best way to solve it in most cases is to re-install the software from the disk that came with the Keyboard & Mouse. Hope that helps. Bud

CANT GET WIRELESS MOUSE TO WORK

Try changing with a new set of batteries. also try to reset the connection of the wireless mouse and keyboard. you can locate a connect button on both the reciever and wireless keyboard. press both of them together and release them. this would reset the connection. try doing the same for reciever and wireless mouse connect buttons. this should work. also check for any possible alignment issues.
