Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

If the phone is tied to a particular network all you have to do is to unlock your phone to use it any other GSM network. You can get the unlock code through online. Give your IMEI number & get the unlock code for ur mobile .............You also get through online..........I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.

Since you've already tried paying online to have your phone unlocked with no success. You might want to just try and have AT&T unlock it for you.

Don't use cellphoneorb.com. I placed an order six days ago for an unlock code and still haven't received it. Their website says they'll e-mail you the code within 24-48 hours. I've left two voicemails and sent one e-mail and haven't heard a peep out of them.

Just call AT&T customer support and ask them for unlocking the telephone to use it with a prepaid SIM when travelling outside the US, that would work only if you have a contract with ATT.
another solution, if you bought the telephone from ebay and plan to get it to work with another GSM provider, is gonna cost some money, got to ebay and type in "unlock incite ct810" without the quotes in the search box..
you will find some people who can do this for like 2~5$

Here are the instructions to Subsidy Unlock the LG CT810 (Incite) from AT&T:

• Go to the Dial Menu (as if you were making a phone call)
• Using the dial pad enter: 2945#*810#
• A SIM Unlock screen will appear with a number pad
• Enter the 16-digit unlock code*
• Select Ok
• Device will display Handset sucessfully unlocked

*The 16 digit code can be obtained by calling AT&T Technical Support and given the representative the IMEI number. In exchange they will give you the Subsidy Unlock Code.
To obtain the IMEI number press *#06# on your mobile device.
