I can`t make a hard reset to my cellphone, I want to try making a hard reset because the problem is that i can`t open some aplications like phone, contacts, tasks, calendar. mys friend tolds me that i can make the hard reset pushing the power button, the recording buttom(the one that is on the side that has a little tape), and the reset buttom the 3 at the same time. I did it but it does not work, it just reset the time and the date, my cellphone has the 6.0 windows mobile i don`t know if that affects to the hard reset. my questions are: how to make the hard reset correctly? or how to fix the problem of the aplications?? thanks

Question edited for a lot more clarity. FULL 'make model (what is is)' with SPACES between make and model! 10 minutes to find out what it is, 30 seconds to find the answer!!

try to hard reset your mobile. but before that take backup of your samsung mobile. before hard reset first check sound setting of your samsung mobile if everything look fine then hard reset mobile. if even after hard resetting samsung mobile your sound problem not solved then check speaker connector on your pcb.
