If this happens as your hitting a large puddle then I would check to see if all of the splash shields are installed under the jeep. these help keep water off of the serpentine belt than turns the P/S pump. As you hit a puddle the water splashes up onto the belt causing it to slip reducing pump pressure.

ignition wires and coils are very common replacement items on these vehicles, damp and wet weather are sure signs of misfires, stalls and no start conditions, have your local technician test for coil/wire arcing when wet.

The vehicle pulls all over the road when it is wet and is uncontrollablevy thing to stop it is to park itego all over the road the onlhicle pulls severely in wet weather only loses tractin and starts

replace traction control/abs sensors, and drop the fuel tank and replace the fuel filter. The fuel filter has probably never been replaced because of its location. You will NOT resolve the problem until you change the fuel filter.

Before you replace the injectors have them do an injector balance test. Normally wet weather does not effect fuel system. Sounds more like you have a crank or cam sensor acting up.

2006 pontiac Grand Prix stalls in wet weather

A cause for that would be an oxygen sensor getting wet, the one on the inlet side of the catalytic converter.

Cutting out in wet weather and No power steering in wet weather?

I sounds by your explanation, that the belt which drives the alternator is slipping when it gets wet.
When this happens the alternator stops charging the battery, and when battery voltage drops the engine cuts out and won't start due to not having enough current to supply electrons as well as starter motor.
Have the belt tension checked, as well as charging output of alternator, should fix it.
