My ear piece doesn't work, but when i turn it on speaker mode, the speaker works

my samsung galaxy fit 5670 phone have problem of sansure.how i can fix my problem

Phone contacts can hear me but I can't hear them in phone mode, I have to switch to external speaker mode

First of all make sure the volume is high. Try talking in speakerphone mode. If you can hear in speaker phone mode, then your ear piece might be not working.

the speaker in the flap stops working. so then i have to put on the speaker and talk.I showed the phone to a mechanic, they changed the ear flap with the ear piece but it worked fine for a few phone calls only.Kindly advice.

That's a common problem.It may not be the problem of your ear piece.Try to use it on other phones.If it works then there are two possibilities
1.your ear piece socket is not working
2.your phone is not recognizing the ear piece.In this case reinstalling the firmware (from any service center) of your phone fixes the problem.

maybe its the speaker or earpiece of your mobile i hope....worst if its flex that conects the base board to top board of your mobile.. change it

The other post refers to the process that allows you to use speaker only, instead of automatically selecting earpiece. Unfortunately, this will not resolve your issue, as it appears that your earpiece has a loose connection and must be repaired, or you can continue to use speakerphone, bluetooth (if capable), or wired headset.

You will need to take the phone to a mobile service center and have them replaced the ear piece

This because in your handset there will be 2 speakers
1 is loud speaker and 2 nd one is ear piece speaker....

so the loud speaker is working fine ...
There may be some loose contact in the ear piece speaker or the speaker might have got damaged ...

so if you are good at opening then just open your handset and check if there is any loose contact in the ear piece speaker .. is so fit it correctly ..
or you replace the ear piece speaker with the new one ...

if you are not good at opening then just contact the technician ...
he will do it ...
The ear piece speaker is very cheap so no problem .. just buy the ear piece speaker which is compatible to your handset in the shop if you are doing it by your self ...

the technician might take the service charge for this that s all but the ear piece speaker is too much cheap ..

Sounds like the ear piece connection between the two halves of the phone has been broken. Your "speaker phone" function should still work because the sound comes from the back of the main body of the phone. To the best of my knowledge, this can't be fixed. You will need a new phone.
