Call LG and give them the SIM number and IEII number of the phone you have and they will let you know why it doesn't work. If your nice, LG will send you a new SIM.

Are you sure you did correct instruction how to insert LG Quantum unlock code in your phone? As my knowledge when we do unlocking phone we insert the original sim card not the unaccepted sim card. Try doing that procedure again but this time use orignal sim card when you insert lg unlock code in your phone. Good luck!

if its docomo its genuin problem ...otherwise old handset r not supported by 64k like sim cards..........soln to both is taking duplicate sim from the office of ur provider. give original docs n ask 4 duplicate sim....this should work...!!

is your sim card got blocked if yes then it will automaticllay ask you for pin.

With accepted SIM or Test card, type 2945#*5101# > Menu 555 > Network > Deactivate > and use the generated NCK code to unlock the phone.

1) Type 2945#*5101#
2) GOTO Menu 555 >>>> Network >>>> Unlock >>>> NCK
3) Enter the Code 24545833

Restart ur fone and ur fone is unlock hope so it works for u

PHONE UNLOCK PROCEDURE

Please follow the instructions below to unlock your LG KG800 handset:

1. Insert a Vodafone Australia working SIM card.

2. Ensure the phone is charged and then switch the phone on.

3. Enter 2945#*7101# while in standby mode

4. Select Menu, then go to Settings > Security > SIM Lock > Network

5. Select Deactivate and enter the 8-digit NCK unlocking code provide for your handset..

6. The handset will be unlocked automatically and will display "Done".
