You can try a master reset which your provider will be able to provide the steps to you on how to do it, or the manufacturer's website. if a reset doesn't fix it than you need to get a new phone through your replacement options for this is a device issue.

YEP, HERE WE ARE! DID YOUR SCREEN LIT FOR A SPLIT SECOND THEN WENT SOUR? DO YOU HEAR ANY SOUND FROM TV SPEAKERS? WAS TV HARD TO START IN A PAST? MIGHT BE FEW DIFFERENT ISSUES. STARTING POWER SUPPLY(MOST LIKELY), IN CASE OF PREVIOUS HESITATION OR INVERTOR'S FAILURE(SET STAYS ON, HAVE SOUND). LAST THING: MAIN MODULE OR DISPLAY ADAPTER MODULE. GOOD LUCK, LET ME KNOW DETAILS, PLEASE.
The power can be bad caps in the power supply or bad inverter circuits, start taking the back off first and look inside for bad caps first and report back, see example of failed monitors here: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums

another few seconds for the steady light!) Your headset is now in
On your RAZR, press Menu > Settings and Tools > Connections > Bluetooth > Handsfree > Look for devices. Your phone will then scan for any bluetooth devices that are in pairing mode. When
your headset pops up on the list, highlight it and press ok to connect.
If the device asks permission to bond with the phone, select yes. It will then prompt you for a pin code. The pin will be 0000 .
