I want to register my linkssys 10/100 Etherfast PCI adapter

Purchased at Office Depot 3-13-2010 by a computer helper. I don't know the technical name for the piece.10/100 Etherfast PCI

Thanks, Think I'll pass on registering it since it isn't that important. Thanks for the advice.

why do you need to register the device?, you can live and use it without registration. usually the registration happens after you install the software that came with it, it should be a form that you fill out with your personal info for you to receive update and other junk information about the product or other products from the company it's usually sent out via internet. the "10/100 Etherfast PCI adapter" is very generic, the are hundreds of linksys devices that would fit into that description. please provide more details of what you are actually inclined to do. thank you

I dont know how to install USB high speed 2.0 port

You need to go to a computer store, Office Depot,, Best Buys, etc, or an online store and buy a pci usb 2.0 card. This pci card will allow you to use usb 2.0. From there you can attach any 2.0 usb gadget and get higher rates of transfer.
