Hi there, I think you are ecnountering a connection issue. If you are using the yellow red and white connection then make sure all these wires are connected to the corresponded input line. Your television has two composite input line. Make sure the red and the white wire is connected in the same input line as the video. Just out of interest are you suffering from any other issues with this brand of television. I find both foxtel as well as my digital top set box aren't working. Any ideas at all?

If you had this problem from Day one, you should go directly who you bought it from and see what they can do for you for the company info or service agent.
