"Can I down load soft ware" What kind of software do you want to download? From your TV? Is it a "smart TV"? Even if it is, I guess you can't download sowtware from it.

after installing this file, go to your philips media converter and add the videos you wanna convert, and convert it... after that jus copy the converted video files to the "videos" folder in your player....

if you have added any files and still your player doesn't detect it, then make sure you've copied it to the right folder... also check if those files are compatible with your player... sa3125/97 supports mp3, wma, n smv media files... n jpeg images...
