Update the phone using pc suite or u can also try formatting the memory card via pc cheers

Please be noted that your phone memory should show as a drive letter in your explorer, if not, you need to take out your memory card and connect using a card reader, or plug-in to card reader slot if there's any on your computer.

sure they have not updated the software, they might only have factory reset it.

The HP website states that some functionality with your printer model may be lost when using the Windows 7 preloaded drivers or Windows Update drivers. If you have not already done so, running Windows Update, to include optional updates, may supply a more appropriate driver for your printer. You can do this by pressing the Windows () icon then All Programs and then Windows Update. Click "Change Settings" to make sure that the "Give me recommended updates the same way i receive important updates" box is checked. After this, run the update to see what comes up. Ideally, you should run everything that comes up in Windows Update except the language packs, especially hardware and important updates.

If you have already done this, there are two methods you can use to scan. I have listed them below.

1. Click the Windows () icon.
2. Click All Programs
3. Click Windows Fax and Scan
4. Click New Scan, and then click Scan.

Another method is to use MS Paint to import an image from your scanner.

1. Click the Windows () icon.
2. Click All Programs
3. Click Accessories
4. Click the Paint icon
5. When it opens click the menu () icon
6. Click From Scanner or Camera

VOILA! You should be all set!

you need to update the settings for this, contact your network provider and ask for a sim update this will sort the problem

Look in Prog Files/Samsung/Samsung Media Studio/temp2/firmware - the cab file contains the upgrade files. Copy then across to the T10.

Unplug the T10 and switch back on, it should update the firmware. Switch it back on each time it switches off until the update is complete.
