Question about Cartier Watches
Unfortunately there is no way to get the link(s) for your Cartier watch without getting in touch with Cartier.
Everything you need you can find here:
Cartier is very aware about their products and you will be asked to bring in or send in your watch with supplied documents(proof of purchase etc.).
In case if you do not have the proof of purchase you will be asked too many questions(when you bought it, from who, for how much, etc.) and this can lead even to police investigation as quite many of Cartier made items are stolen(not abuse to you, of course).
So, if you do not have any original papers with your watch, the best solution is to find your nearest watch repair shop and ask for help.
Decent watchmaker allways can find out how to help.
Hope this helps a lot.

To do things properly you should locate the nearest Cartier boutique, and send them the watch for repair. Here the Cartier Worldwide service locator page.
An alternative solution is locating a band distributor, or a generic service center, and purchasing a band from a third party. This is a cheaper solution, but it is not the best choice. Repairing or replacing the band at an unauthorized service may bring down the value of your Cartier. If you want to proceed in this way, please let me know your location.
I suggest using the link above, and contacting the nearest authorized service center.
