You need the Installer CD to install and recover you Windows OS.

You can purchase for a new Windows Vista Installer or you can barrow from a friend.

Where to find RAID Drivers for my Acer Aspire 3680. I'm trying to install winows vista ulitmate but cannot find the HDD.

Have you upgraded the bios to enable Vista to be installed, if not go here first and download it: http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/notebook/as_3680.html - Vista bios is at the bottom

Also, are you 100% sure that your hardware is up to Vista.
