If you are getting a particular code then I could help you find the solution. However, the full service manual can be purchased for about $10 from here and would have all the codes.
It sounds as if there is something in the bottom part of the dishwasher arm (it sprays the water around the bottom of the dishwasher). I would suggest that you take out the baskets and then remove and clean all of the parts that water comes out of as well as the bottom drain. If this works or does not, I would also suggest that you run an empty load using 1/4 cup vinegar. Hope this helps!
generally dishwashers rely on the pressure supplied by the water supply line. check to see if it is enough or if inlet pipe is of sufficient diameter for needed flow.in some instances i know of seperate lines needing to be run directly instead of coming off of supply to sink area.
