hey i have the same problem only now it said i had to contact the service provider can any one help me its locked to att and i dont want to have to payim kinda broke my imei i cant find out either

all you have to do is contact motorola, tell them you are going out of the country and you will be using a foreign sim card. they will provide the subsidy unlock code. no need going to those pay sites to get something that is available free of charge.
