Try hooking it to your pc..have some sort of phone tool on there for flashing..after you hook it up start it in flash mode,you do thius by holding the star key and the palm key at the same time and then pushing npower while still holding the star and palm

did you pull battery to clear memory,,take it out and reinstall and turn on,,most likley memory lock, hope this helps

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING YOU WANT SAVED TO YOUR STORAGE CARD.
mine has done this many times and i had to master reset it.
turn the phone off. turn the phone on. hold down the center button when the M shows up. then hit yes when it asks for master reset

Call your phone company. It's a software issue, they need to replace your phone or exchange it for a different one. I've had the same problem. Best of luck, sorry your having trouble!
